Framework of learning outcomes for the digitally sustainable European teachers
Digital document structured into areas of competence with related learning outcomes described in knowledge, skills, and competences. Aligned with DigCompEdu, LifeComp, GreenComp, EQF, and micro-credentials standards.
Training programme
Complete training programme for Digitally Sustainable European Teachers composed of conceptual, experiential, and reflective educational tools. All contents available on the LMS with subtitles in all partner languages.
“Digitally Sustainable European Teachers” certification granted
48 teachers certified as “Digitally Sustainable European Teachers” by DigiSET Academy, also recognised as “European Trainers” and “CoP Ambassadors”. 50% pre-service and 50% in-service teachers.
Virtual CoP web space
Integrated technological ecosystem including: AI-powered Learning Management System, OER repository, virtual simulation platform with branched learning scenarios, and Community of Practice web space.
Project handbooks
Based on PM2 European Commission Project Management methodology. Covers critical success factors, stakeholder analysis, constraints, approach, processes, roles and responsibilities, and progress reporting.
Risk, change management plan
Based on MoR (Management of Risk) method. Composed of Risk Management Plan and Register plus Change Management Plan and Issue Register for proactive project governance.
Communication and dissemination plan
Two-section plan covering internal consortium communication and external dissemination, visibility, and mainstreaming. Defines KPIs and detailed activities for eTwinning, EPALE, and School Education Gateway.
Formalizing and launching of the DigiSET CoP through a MoU
Memorandum of Understanding establishing the governance structure, roles, and sustainability framework for the interdisciplinary, open-source Virtual Community of Practice across European institutions.
Open Educational Resources in knowledge management context: development guide
Comprehensive guide for OER development within the Community of Practice, covering AI-enhanced knowledge generation, organisation, distribution, and application processes. Available in CoP languages.
Sustainability and exploitation plan
Strategic plan for 5 years and operational action plan for 2 years, signed by the UWK rector and institutions that have signed the CoP’s MoU. Ensures long-term impact and result exploitation.
